Eskom is trying to kill us???!

Today is the third time I am calling Eskom on behalf of my grandparents. I called on Saturday to report power outage on their block ALONE since it went off on Friday and was given a ref number *** and advised that technicians will be on it in 4 hours - which they were. They fixed the power however...the geniuses INCREASED the voltage to God-knows what! To an extent where the lights were too bright and some noise coming out from them incl every other appliance. My grams where scared and called me. They had to switch off EVERYTHING! Then it went off again. Why am I not surprised huh? Now I called in on Sunday and was given this ref *** & told that technician will be there which they were but they did fockall and left that place as it is. I call in now I get this sorry-ass pathetic Thembi Mgobeni not even acknowledging the fact that their technician could've killed people on that block with that high voltage, instead she was so fixated on the bill. I'm SO LIVID RIGHT NOW!!!! Was she trying to say that the reason why the power went off and the increase in voltage was because my grand parents who HAPPEN TO BE ON PENSION don't pay their bill? So they deserve it? I suggest y
