Eskom is trash

You guys are the worst!!! been logging tickets since the 12th june all of them gets closed with no resolution,tickets ********** 11, ********** 88, ********** 58 all of this are closed with no resolution , oh and guess what I logged another one today ********** 03 and still no sign of a technician,I get told by everyone that my issue is being escalated but no one comes to assist why eskom? Is it because I'm just a prepaid client and I bring small change to the business or is because I stay in a township and we don't deserve electricity? Why????
