ESKOM IS THE WORST THING TO HAPPEN TO SA CURRENTLY! ALFRED IS USELESS! SIES!

What a horrible horrible entity! Oh my god!!! Eskom is the worst of the worst! It's infuriating. No service whatsoever! It's even worse for remote areas. It's as if they choose which areas they will deliver an worse service, or lack thereof. Their new alfred chatbot is the worst implementation I have ever come across! It doesn't help one bit but adds to your frustration. You can't even log a follow up on existing fault! you have to join a call que of over 200 from scratch even when you have a reference! SIES! What a disgusting service! It doesn't even deserve 1 star rating
