Eskom is the PITS!

I have had no supply since Sunday morning, I’ve escalated this matter by contacting Alfred chat box however still I am not attended to and it’s Tuesday already today.

When I contact you guys directly it states that the matter has been resolved however no one has attended or even attempted to come to my residence.

Does one have to now do ******* activities to get power where else I am a law abiding citizen that makes sure that I buy electricity and follow Eskom protocol.

I live in an area where I know people here buy electricity and have no ******* connections but every time there is a problem when it comes to electricity we need to stay days or weeks before it’s resolved.

That time surrounding residential areas have ******* connections but when they have no supply, it will not even take them hours to get supply because your employees get money per household. They have direct numbers of technicians from your institution who help them only because they get money just after they switch on their lights for them.This means me who is purchasing electricity and following Eskom protocols, I am not important because I won’t budge into *******ion. We see your vehicles driving up and down but they are attending to ******* connections as they will get money from it.

I’ve been calling with no help and I am left with no choice but to expose Eskom with its *******ion.
