Eskom is the pits!

Our electricity has been off for 5 hours and its still off. I called all eskom numbers and i waited in line for almost 2 hours just to get through to someone who didn't feel like talking and who asked me questions he should have known. I am beyond ****ed off that i only received a reference number for the call and was told that if they dont arrive at 4p today they will come tomorrow. The person couldn't even tell me what tge actual problem was. Was it ever logged? I am so annoyed because i work in customer service and that is not service!
