Eskom is Steeling from me

What is happening i send in my reading to Eskom every month but i am getting billed otherwise much more than what my bill is monthly. I have sent emails to Eskom no one got back to me. This is insane where can we report these people not doing they jobs write. You send your meter reading in. Then you get a ref number.

But still you are getting billed much more than what your meter reading is.

Otherwise, I will have to get a lawyer this is getting made. Steeling from people is madness.
