Eskom is ridiculous

My mother together with her neighbors have been out of power for 7 day and we been have calling Eskom and they haven't assisted us. we have no other alternative for power, imagine what happens to everything in their Fridge. This totally unacceptable. we tolerate load shedding but 7 days without electricity is ridiculous. Their call center and customer service bot are totally useless, you call with a reference number they you tell that your issues is resolved meanwhile no came and the power is still off. My mother is a elderly and she doesn't fully understand what's going on and is unable to do back and forth enquiries with Eskom , that is the sad part.
