Eskom is really punishing us for what we don't know

I'm situated in palm springs a place called secure village its a new housing development paying bond our issue is with Eskom it's 4months now with no electricity when we went to Eskom offices we have been told that they need 6000 per house... How as we paying electricity not to mention only few houses in our street that have not been paying reasonable being their meters where not registered we don't know if we are suffering because if them or what since then Eskom have not attended us no help with the transformer wat we know is that Eskom removed links in our transformer for what we don't know. Can Eskom attend to us
