Eskom is pathetic

I am very disappointed in eskom. We moved in our house 8 months ago, the house is notnon our name yet and they turned of our electricity yesterday, no one wants to listen when we try to explain the matter, we cant put the electricity on our name because the house is not on our name yet, we went to eskom offices in die vaal triangle and they are close, now we have to be in the dark on a plot where it is dangerous, they are fast to turn off electricity but did not confirm with us or the sales agent. Very disappointed, bad management, no one answers the phone or can give us answers, our meat is going off and we are losing money.
