Eskom is pathetic

To Whom It May Concern. My power is off since thursday morning. I have reported to Eskom on numerous occasion but yet they are not coming to sort out the matter. Due to loadshedding my meter box is out of order. I was as the Eskom branch in Bellville but the offices is close. The provide you with an sms no, whatsupp no and email address but no-one seems to bother to answer you back. I have several reference numbers and have spoken to several customer care agents everytime they just say they are on there way. This is the now the 6 day with out power. Im asmatic and sometimes needs to use my nebulizer, so how can i use it with out power. I was at Polka Draai this morning that office is also close. The security dont even want to assist he just say office close and starting to chat on his phone. I have stop a van that was pulling up his excuse is that they cannot do anything they have to wait for order from the big bosses. When he doesnt know. We just have to wait for a tech to come out. The yard is full of Eskom vans and Technicians that is doing absolutely nothing.. State money that is going down the drain. Eskom is pathetic...... Must i now first die from an asma attack before someone comes to restore my power.
