ESKOM IS NOT THERE FOR THE COMMUNITY

On the 1st of Nov'2023 at 957 Chief Mogale EXT2 Kagiso 2 (Krougersdorp). I have logged in a call to ESKOM to report the expose cables. I have been without electricity for 3 weeks now I've been calling *** to get a reference number and they make you wait 30minutes to get to speak to the agent. everyday when I call they tell me that my case has been resolved and the reference number is closed, but! how because no one has been to my house to fix the burning cables. now the exposed cables have been sparking and it keeps on busting , the neighbors are complaining because the kids are in danger of the exposed cables. can anyone help me to resolve this matter that ESKOM is failing to action.
