ESKOM IS NOT ONLY BAD WITH SUPPLYING POWER ONLY - IT IS BAD AT EVERYTHING

I write on behalf of my friend and colleague Nikesh. He lives on a farm in Table Mountain and has been timeously paying his Electricity Bills for decades. Suddenly, out of the blue, Eskom decides that he now needs to pay a higher deposit and they send him a bill for more than R20k which is immediately payable. All attempts to understand the problem were in vain as Eskom are still practicing COVID-19 protocols and do not see clients face to face. Needless to say, standing at the gate of Eskom trying to discuss matters is as bad as load shedding. Furthermore all attempts to talk to someone telephonically were also fruitless. Eskom does not only suck with its load shedding but does so in all aspects of its operation. Do they need additional deposits for bonuses or for year end functions. Only God knows and I am sure Eskom is still in the dark. We need this matter RESOLVED ASAP otherwise we will take appropriate action.
