Eskom is not helping me with my Issue

Eskom does not take us seriously; I have been logging the same issue on their APP and via their call centre, but my issue has not been resolving all Eskom cares about is pushing quantity and closing off tickets without resolving the issue. Eskom is failing us as a country. their prepaid meter is faulty, and they are not sorting out the issue for 3 years now.
