Eskom is not available to help

We have been without power since yesterday and we cannot report the outage. The Alfred system is *********** and is not helpful. We getting an error “Some irregularities has been flagged on your account” on all our meters.The call center number *** is also automated and does not take you through to the agent. Senekal number *** does not go through, Bloemfontein number *** is saying number does not exist, head office number 011****111 is being declined. This is a mess.
