Eskom is negligent and is failing the community !

Loadshedding schedules is not adhered to electricity goes for more than 2h30 hours and it has been report numerous times to them and they blame the municipality for their negligence. Power was suppose to go at 12am and come back at 2:30am but now its 7:22 am and it never came back. This is wrong in so many ways and they fail to help us.
