Eskom is ***********

We have been having electricity tripping in our section for the past 28 years, when we call eskom they give us reference number but never attend to it, this happens every winter. We have a shop and a bottle store which their appliances such as cold rooms and fridges weren't seem to be contributing to the issue as I don't think the eskom electricity box we using was not designed for such consumption. This was reported in 2004, eskom tried to restructure connections but we still experiencing the same issue, around the early year 2000 our appliances were damaged by the electricity by this on and off, eskom requested list of appliances to be replaced but till today 2019, nothing was replaced.
