ESKOM IS HORRIBLE

ESKOM CERY HORRIBLE SERVICES I called on the 25th of March as we don’t have electricity I have been calling every day since then no one has come to help us or say anything during the lockdown we are forced to go out of our homes to buy grocery every second day as we don’t have refrigerators to store our meat in we are not updated on the news cause we can’t watch anything we are affected by this yet we pay our electricity but when we call and need assistance no one come my reference number *** all they say is that they need to do an audit which they have been doing since January as the first week of January we didn’t have electricity until March as well so we never get assisted bad company and HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WE LIVE WITH OLD PEOPLE MY GRANDMA IS 76
