Eskom is hopeless

So eskom has time to take us for a fool, my parents bought a property in Fisherhaven close to Herm**** a few years ago, they built a whole house on there and there's still no electricity, eskom already charged us a large sum of money to come and install electricity for the house which we paid last year already and ever since then we have been getting empty promises. It's been almost 10 months now that we are still waiting. The offices in Herm**** is useless, they give number of the complaints department but the number don't exist, so now I am on here to tell my story because they think they are above the law. Every week we go to the office in Bellville but they keep on coming up with new stories everytime. And this is part of why this country is in the gutter already because people who goes through the proper avenues to get something and pay their ass off must wait the longest, but to ***** electricity is quick and free. The neighbors down the road started after us but already got their power after 3 weeks of applying, we are waiting almost 10 months how ridiculous is that. Please expose these people that gets paid but does absolutely nothing.
