Eskom is full of bull

Eskom is the worst run government entity ever. Before i could receive electricity with eskom I needed to pay a deposit to eskom. Now once i have finally left the grasp of eskom and I am in credit to eskom. they are dragging there feet about paying out my refund, first it was a few days now its 8 weeks. they also will not be refunding me the money plus interest which would be required by any other company.
