Eskom is failing customers

I have been calling Eskom customer service since thurday on behlaf of my parents for a prepaid meter box fault that have been going on for days and now as i am writting this review, My parents are without electricity for four day i was given a ref number ********** 72 in the morning of Saturday but no technician has been dispatched to resolve the problem. please help me resolve this matter urgenly.
