Eskom is *******!

I hate Eskom!!! RUSTENBURG. Their online reporting system is the pits. We log a call, do not get attended to and then the query gets closed without any assistance or work done. We were without electricity for 2 weeks, technicians came and did a shoddy job of which We complained about while they were busy, 2days later, a fault occurred the same site they worked on and we are back in dark ages again. We went to Mabe park to report directly at their offices, only to be turned back and told that there is no one in the offices, people didn't pitch for work and there there actually isn't any customer care office in North West. What are we supposed to do people!!!!????
