Eskom is bad news

I do not know what more can Eskom not do, SA is in shambles, we're dealing with high stages of loadshedding and on top of that Eskom decided to recode meters, I have been without power for a week, I called their customer service waited for over an hour to get through, a fault was logged(***) and immediately resolved for what, the technician has not been to my house or nor has fixed the issue. Who is supposed to follow through this, I've been using the My customer Eskom useless App , logged a dozen of tickets , none of those have been actioned yet.
