ESKOM is ******

I have been without electricity for 2 weeks now and even before the 2 weeks I have logged calls regarding the matter, this is the longest that I have had to go without electricity, while others have also stated that they have problems with their electricity their electricity issues have been resolved within a day, yet when I call I am told that they have resource issues. I am fed up, I am beyond annoyed and when you call them all they can do is refer the matter to another service desk with a person that is not even there, they promise to call you back and they don't. If there was a zero number for a review I would give it to Eskom. They are the worst service provider in the country, no let me not say in the country because it would seem even their technician have certain areas that they prioritize their services to, If I had an option I would have preferred to be under City of Cape Town instead of the electricity in my area being under ESKOM.
