Eskom is ********

I am a pensioner. Every month my meter is billed using estimates not actual. The estimates are significantly greater than the actual. Then I am forced to pay this estimate amount. Every month the estimate amount becomes bigger and bigger. I can not pay R3000 + per month for just electricty and then I still have to pay rates and sanitation. Then above and beyond that Eskom makes it difficult for you to contact them to rectify this. They say that a person must come in person.
