ESKOM IS A NIGHTMARE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!

Like millions of others ESKOM is a total nightmare. Forget about the loadshedding. That's a small part of the nightmare that is Eskom. I held on for 1 hour listening to that f........g annoying music and when I was finally at number 1 in the call line it went dead then I got an automated message "On a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate the service you received". What service????? You didn't even bother to connect me with an agent after holding on for A FULL HOUR. If I was allowed to swear on this platform I would have a field day. Utterly PATHETIC!!!! I can't wait until the Western Cape gets power from alternative power suppliers. There's not a single person who would chose Eishkom over any other energy provider. They stole my deposit on my 2nd house too. Suddenly noticed on the statement my deposit had been "transferred" but it wasn't to my account which was in credit by R2000+ When I called they said they took the deposit because that's what I owed......... hmmmmm but I had a CREDIT BALANCE which they refunded but miraculously I suddenly owed the exact amount of the security deposit. This is outright theft. I've phoned and email a dozen times. Nothing but excuses. Hate Eskom. Hate their pathetic service, constant power outages and the *******ion that's been allowed to ***** every last cent from what was once, the NUMBER 1 ENERGY PROVIDER IN THE WORLD. Yes we went from Number 1 to number ***!!!!
