ESKOM IS A FAILURE

I contacted ESKOM,I was kept on the line for over 47 minutes,recoded music was playing all this time,by the time the consulted picked up the phone,they just hanged up the line without taking your complaint. I have been calling ESKOM for two days with the same experience. Till today,I don't have electricity at my place,I have lost faith in ESKOM,I am trapped,I don't know what to do. ESKOM is disgusting and it's time now where they need competition.
