Eskom is a disgusting service provider

For the past 2 days we been trying to get hold of Eskom to come and replace this Electric box that has been burned out infront of my house. This is horrible but yet we have to pay their Salaries. When will Cape Town change. If this was just in plattekloof and burgundy estate, etc this problem would've been sorted same day same time after the incident was reported. Yet we also pay for our houses and rates and tax. What makes it so different. Think about it.
