Eskom is a disgrace and an embarrassment!

Absolutely shocked at the incompetence of Eskom. We've been without power since Friday 1st January 2021. We have a borehole which also requires electricity and therefore have not had water either. There are 4 households on the property as well as 3 businesses which are being affected. After countless phone calls, 6 reference numbers, sms's and emailing we were promised every day that we were 'on the list for today'...and we are yet to see a technician! Its an absolute disgrace!
