Eskom is a disaster

What a sorry excuse for a company. Every month it is a stuggle to get a bill out of them. The website does not work, the customer telephone line does not work and the customer email does not work.

I actually want to pay my account, unlike others. Frustrated to say the least.

Stuggling for a week now to speak with someone in regards to what a need to pay.

No wonder they are in the state they are. Freaking ridiculous!!!!!!!!
