Eskom is a circus show

Eskom service provider is so poorely managed their call center is a joke. We had a electricty supply pole that burnt down on sunday evening at 6pm. The was no response when we called literally had to put the fire out ourselves, its been 2 days already without electricity literally account is paid up in full but we as law abiding citizens have to honestly feel the brunt of it all no wonder people do ******* connections because of the sh#t service we recieve from this entity!!
