This is is crazy. Eskom must get their acts together. We are struggling to insert tokens for electricity. Eskom Self service (Chatbot, App )are just useless. Their phones are busy the whole day and consuming a lot of Air time.Their units are ****** expensive. Token of. R200 =74 units. Who must we run to coz this is a daylight *******. We were not part of Eskom *******ion so let us not suffer the consequences of their *******ions. Mr president please play your part, we are abused by Eskom.
