Eskom is a big disappointment

Last year we upgraded the meter box to KRN2 and we have been buying electricity without any problems, on the 27 march 2025 we had a problem the box was rejecting tokens we called them and they said someone would come and assist we are in dark and we might have to throw food. They **** to us when they said someone is going to come and assist. The worse is those who buy ******* electricity have no worries compared to us who buy tokens from shops. They don't take us seriously
