ESKOM *******ION IN TOWNSHIPS DEMANDING R500-PER HOUSE FROM THE COMMUNITY

I am a Resident in Soweto Pimville Zone 3... Last Week Tuesday(06-Feb-2024) our Electricity was switched off at 10h00 in the morning upto date... Then we received a message from our Community Leader Thabang in a Video with Eskom Offices board behind him and we didn't know which Eskom is that... He informed us why is Electricity off and we need to pay R500 every house from Zone 1,2 & 3... When we ask him questions he was like "Yay yay No questeions asked, please please don't ask questions.... How do we not ask questions whereas he's from Eskom Offices?he should have answers... Thabang was very rude and arrogant...

Then we asked to have a meeting with our counselor in Zone3, guess what? The counselor was shaking and had no answers, The only thing he said is that we must pay....

Now our Community Facebook page admin doesn't approve anything regarding Electricity,why?I dnt know because this is a burning issue that the whole community must discuss in all Social Media Platforms... There are few things I want know... 1.is Eskom aware of all this? 2.The Account number provided is it legit? 3.They say atleast 60% must pay, then what will happen to those who didn't pay? 4.Why were we not given a warning?Eskom should have said as of the 01-March-2024 we will switch off Electricity if you not paying...atleast give us a time frame to get money to pay... 5.WHY IS ESKOM NOT SENDING ITS EMPLOYEES TO COME AND ADDRESS US? 6.Why is it happening just before the Election? 7.how will they know if everyone paid? 8.I smell *******ion.

Eskom please bring our lights back while you investigating this issue...

There are people using Eskom for their own selfish reasons to loot money from the community...Some of these people are your employees Eskom...They work in the offices....its A chain of ******* people, if you can investigate it, most people will be out of jobs...

We need Help in Pimville Please....
