Eskom *******ion

Eskom is bullying us and not attending to our faults. We now 3 days without electricity and nothing has been done. We reported power outage and it is a regular service we get at Eskom. We spent days without electricity even when we escalate this nothing is being done.

Advice which steps must be taken?
