ESKOM incorrect Voucher number

Good morning Hello Peter. Please assist me with the current challenge I am facing regarding ESKOM. I bought electricity for R500 on 24 October 2023 and that voucher is not going through. I have been contacting Eskom since then without any success to assist me. They are taking me pillar to post with 100 reference numbers. I have tried everything but I dont find help. I cannot lose my R500 just like that. Can they either refund me or provide a new electricity voucher that will work. They have given me the 40 numbers and we went through the whole process but this specific voucher is not going through even after all of that
