Eskom Incompetence Accident Woes

On the 10/05/2016 we were involved in accident caused by Eskom. The driver was not licenced to drive that class of vehicle either. After many months of to and fro and threatening legal action, Eskom eventually contacted me and gave me a list of documents I needed to submit to claim from their 3rd party insurance Innovative-Group. On the 01/12/2016 all my documents were submitted to process the claim. The document stated that it would take 21 working days to pay out. To date I have not received a cent from Eskom. When queried several times I was told on the 06/01/2017, that Innovative-Group does not handle 3rd party claims for Eskom anymore as of the 01/01/2017. "Kindly" gave me an incorrect number for the new company, also email address which I have emailed several times without any reply whatsoever. Eskom offered me a paltry R15 532.18 for damages to my car. Even though I suffered loss of income in access of R60k I could not claim for it. Yet the bit I was offered is too much of an effort to pay out. I am self employed and due to car being unsafe to drive I have not been able to earn a proper income. Myself and my family (2 school going children) are on the verge of being evicted from my place of residence due to no income. No income also meaning that there is no money for food or the necessary school stationary. No money also means my car cannot be repaired. Should I be blamed for being utterly disgusted at the lack of responsibility from Eskom? Eskom being ******** and not employing staff that are competent or even ensuring that they are licenced to operate their vehicles? Must I be blamed for being furious at Eskom for employing *********** insurance companies to handle their claims that they don't want to bother with? Will Eskom start giving a damn when me and my family come and squat on their premises as a result of losing my house? WHERE IS MY MONEY ESKOM?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? !!!!!
