Eskom Incompetence

I know this has been reviewed extensively but Eskom's utter incompetence is now the norm in our country with all of the management or field personel being clueless because of lack of training and bought degrees. Every service provider is holding old infrastructure as the culprit but if the correct maintence was done over the past 28 years, there cannot be old infrastructure as everything would have been renewed. *******ion then and now is stil rife!! So sadly this whole government as it stands is run by the black Mafia and ther is little that can be done about it!! So suffer, we will suffer until Kingdom come.
