ESKOM INCOMPETENCE

I have been without electricity since Sunday, there is electricity in my meter box but only enough to keep lights and TV on. My fridge, Stove and washing machine cannot pull - the garage door cannot open. i sent SMS Emails without i get acknowledgement but no assistance at all. how do we function without a fridge we cannot drive out because the car is stuck if you open the garage door manually closing it is safety risk when you close it. Can you please help me to get them come and check where the problem is please? who is going to get me compensated after my food got rotten? I am from Hammanskraal west ext 2 my meter no is ***.
