Eskom in Zastron is *******

Eskom in Zastro they are incompetant and *******. I have an issue with the meter box thats been used by someone else *******ly. Eskom wants me to pay an amount of 6000 for reconnection, but the meter number is active and is been used by someone else *******ly. So my query is why must i pay for something that is active for what this amount is for. I'm writing here cause I need help .
