ESKOM IN HAMMANSKRAAL TEMBA DEMANDING BRIBES FROM THE COMMUNITY

My Place has been without lights for more than 2 months now. I have called Eskom without any assistance till today. The technicians in Temba are *******, without a bribe they will not assist you. Instead of doing what they get paid for they would rather take advantage of the community. The people at the call center don't even know what to tell me every time I call. I've had 3 different Ref numbers(***) and till to date, no technician has assisted me. I have received a call from one of their ***** technicians with the number *** (who is not taking my calls now) informing me that they will assist me in the morning 8am today. The number is under EDA MAROPENG NGOBENI. They started a project which they are not willing to finish by reconnecting my house. I am not the one who said they must start that project yet my house is the only house not reconnected. It's either I pay a bribe or they will not assist me. Even the call center can't do anything. They can only send my complaint and nothing else.
