Eskom in complete chaos

The last three times I ordered prepaid electricity for R200, I received three different unit amounts. The first was 60 units, the second was 48 units and the today was 38 units. Clearly is ESKOM is in utter chaos and I challenge private sector to call in a reputable organisation, such as ContourGlobal, to replace them.
