ESKOM IGNORES ME FOR 2 WEEKS!!! NO ELECTRICITY!!!

On the 15th august we had a power failure, the whole area that Saturday afternoon but when the power came back i didnt have power in my house thats why i started calling for help from ESKOM - up to the point until I took a taxi to Belleville to the ESKOM office. Unfortunately it was closed, there was no one, and I was told that they are working remotely from home because of COVID-19. Then I went back there, but prior to going I had called again and I practically begged them for help. Still no one cared or showed any signs of wanting to help me!!!! Eventually they came on the 24 august and on a Monday at 3pm in the afternoon, and all they did was leave us with a empty box with a blue ESKOM electricity card and no further explanation beyond "the box was damaged by water". I don't understand how this could possibly have happened. I then went to buy electricity at Shoprite and I was told my ESKOM card was not registered. I came home and called them they told me my card was registered and I must go buy electricity again. By this point I'm looking like a damn fool, being sent from pillar to post, I've been without electricity for over a week and my family has been cold and hungry. I attempted again at the nearest garage, only to once again be told that my card was not registered - and I must call for ****** ESKOM for help but AGAIN there was no response!!!! Surprise!! Surprise!!! It's been 2 weeks now without electricity, no heat during this winter cold and no way to cook food for my family. I have been practically ignored by ESKOM officials who are around my neighborhood of Philippi East - Stock Road (Acacia Park) everyday, I see atleast 2-3 ESKOM cars around here driving around at their leisure (COVID-19 is not affecting them so much I see) but they never come to my aid. I'm very angry and disgusted by this treatment, I have children who must go to school and I have to work, but how am I to do that when I've had no power for 2 weeks????!!!!!!
