Eskom ignored my plea .

Being a law abiding citizen, currently based in the far east of Johannesburg in a township called E****wa , I've been facing some electricity difficulties since the winter season began . The electricity has been tripping time and again. Few weeks back after the electricity tripped, the affected community members held a meeting and agree that they'll pay an "ALLEGED ELECTRICIAN" to buy a new fuse and install it so that the electricity won't trip ever again, but it continued tripping iregardless. The affected community members were asked to contribute a amount of R100 to buy the fuse but I refused, we were asked to pay a R100 again still I refused and suggested that we alert Eskom of the matter at hand , but the community members said that it's better to pay the money and carry on with their lives . Definitely they did that but they've disconnected us and decided that we're not worthy of power . I write as a daughter to a 86 year old woman who resides at the house that has no electricity. She's asthmatic and now she has to rely on gas and candles , she also loves with other two great grandchildren who have health conditions. One has bronchopnuemonia and one lives with bronchitis. It's been close to at least 2 weeks since the community members have cut the electricity supply to this residence , I did try to alert Eskom and was given a reference number (***) , atter a day I checked using the reference that was given , but the statuse is "the matter has been attended to and have been resolved . Yet the house is still dark and no one went to the house.
