Eskom ignorance

I really do not know were to start.We have been sitting in the dark for the past 9 Days.Last week an electricity pole burned from our area.As a result our electric circuit boxes have been affected.We contacted Eskom as the community due to such and they told us that they have received our query.Until to date.We have not heard from them.However the Eskom cars passes around the community attending to their personal businesses.Every day we have to make means for cooking and bathing due to such and frustrating.
