Eskom horrific service

This horrific ordeal with eskoms started at around 8am on 6 July 2018 when I called their call centre to report sparks coming from a box on the outside of my property. I got a reference number ********** 80 from the call centre and was advised someone will come out to attend to it. I waited for most of the day calling on average every hour to question when someone will come. This continued the Saturday 07 July, Sunday 08 July and part of Monday 09 July with calls being made continuously requesting help. Please bear in mind during this time from Friday to Monday i am without electricity. My wife and I, 4 boys of which 3 are under the age of 8, 2 parents who are 67 and 68 years old and one of them on insulin which needs to be refrigerated. After escalating the matter eventually i get assistance and have my electrician fix the issue. Days later I lodge a complaint to Eskom as I lost all my refrigerated and frozen item due to the lack of service from them. I was given a form to complete and submit claiming for lost items. If someone came out as they promised on the Friday or even Saturday this would not have been the case. During this process I dealt with call centre agents, Esme Isaacs, David Ockhuis (customer relations manager) and more recently a Richard Mali (Customer relations area manager) who claimed to be dealing with the issue. I also received a letter from a certain F Mzingelwa (financial accounting and compliance manager) advising me of an investigation which could take up to 2 months. This time I allowed and followed up after the 2 months only for Richard Mali to now request details of what the electrician done. I declined this as it was going to cost me as I would have to pay for a report. In addition to this I don't see how what my electrical done has anything to do with the investigation of claim or the lack of urgency on eskoms side. I also advised him their technicians were at my place and should have a report of their findings which was a spark on the line/cable. Richard Mali response on 02 November was 'we’ll advise the Area Claims Committee accordingly" I have not heard anything from eskom or the above people and find it appalling. These are service managers I dealt with but their is no service. I am busy trying to get Phakamani Hadebe email address to which i will complain about the pathetic service.
