Eskom horrible service

For this pass weekend my household has been with out a power supply. Since Saturday we have been contacting Eskom and explaining our situation. I even have a ref nr 412 254 846. The incident was passed onto the supervisor who rep**** that our power outage is not a priority. I had to dump my perishable in my freezer and frigde. We are aware of loading shedding. But after the first round of load shedding on Saturday pass. Our power did not come back on line. This is not the first this has happened. I have run a financial loss with these people who dnt give a **** about our situation. Who is going to reembers my for the food loss that occured. This is unacceptable as a paying customer.
