Eskom holding salary bonus leave and insurance money for the late Alfred Mosebetsi Selepe

My partner Alfred Selepe passed away in a car accident 14 December 2024, we have been staying together since 2019 till he passed away he has 2 kids,Tshepo 15 years old with Noklunga and Tharollo 4 years old with me.The problem is Anah the HR want the salary, bonus,leave and insurance money to go to the brother of Alfred who is also working at Eskom, we have the letter from court asking them about those money so that it can go to Estate account we gave it to them early January and Anah shift the case to her junior HR after the member of Alfred call her asking her to give everything to us cause the brother was not depending on Alfred. Mbuyi is reporting to Anah he told him about the letter of which she didn't respond to it, it was kept there until last Monday when I went there that's when Anah allow Mbuyi to send it to their legal aid and she advised Mbuyi not to tell me the amount and he should involve the brother I don't understand why she is pushing so hard for the brother to benefit cause he is working and he is not helping us with kids, I'm not working I was depending on him since he passed away we have been struggling with kids while they are holding Alfreds money and wanting to give it to the working brother. The mistake Alfred did was not changing the beneficiary at work it was his father who passed away 2018 both his parents passed away which means everything that belong to him goes to his kids but they are taking the kids right to their fathers money. I'm not even asking them to give it to me as his life partner but for kids Estate and he put me as his next of kin now I have doctor Block who need to be paid cos he is not under Bonitas that money must be deducted from that money then the rest be shared for kids but this people are messing with us it's been long now cause they were informed about his passing on the 17th December but still they are holding that money
