Eskom has the worst service ever..

It's been a year struggling to do a change of ownership our electricity and also changing to Prepaid,after countless emails and phone calls we are still struggling. Their customer service call center is pathetic as no one wants to take ownership of anything. When are offices opening in Cape Town, it's level 1 for heaven's sake other businesses are open as that is our last hope to get this sorted out.
