Eskom has no Customer care!!!

Good day We have been without electricity since it was installed last year. I have reported the matter so many times, my granny is without electricity and Eskom seem not interested at all. I am really disappointed that Eskom can let an old lady stay without electricity for so long without showing any urgency/willingness to help.

The ref was closed without anyone coming out to check and assist us, I was called 2 x times by the Mpumalanga office letting me know they were on their way but no one came till today

The reply I got is that I must get my own electrician to fix this. This was just updated on the system but no one came to my house to check what was actually wrong.

I am still waiting for a call from Eskom.

The sad part is that Mayflower Eskom office is about 10min from my place a year late I am still struggling. Hope to get assistance or my last hope will be to engage Eskom vial all media plartfoms
