Eskom has cheated the public long enough

This review is about Eskom, after an incredible amount of attempts to contact for assistance with my power supply was cut due to vandilism, my family and I have been promised a team will be dispatched multiple times, we had a consultant Natasha, promise help will come at certain times causing us to lose hours and sometimes days while waiting. We had her also drop a call we waited over an hour on the line for. Our food supply, which is limited, becomes rotten do to this. Havent had a decent shower or even a decent nights sleep in over a week and these empty promises is ridiculous. It was said that nothing is marked as urgent unless there is a fire on your line and all calls are marked as "normal" this is why weeks go by before anyone attempts to assist. Eskom's rates are through the roof but their service is pathetic. Im sure if everyone patitions to scap Eskom, Eskom would need to worry because hard working members of the communities have been patient enough and there is only so much one can take. The little bit that we are asking for cant even be granted. Either you serve the people better or you dont serve us at all.
